These Terms govern use of the public website, applications, dashboards, prototypes, APIs, services, and related ecosystem properties unless a separate written agreement applies.

AUDIA: AUDIA, the Adaptive Unified Distributed Intelligence Architecture, is an intelligence architecture and platform ecosystem operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises.
ICM: Institute for Civil Memory is a nonprofit-oriented initiative within the GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem. It is not currently filed as a separate nonprofit entity and is not currently soliciting or collecting donations.

Use of Services

You agree to use the services lawfully, respectfully, and only for authorized purposes. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, devices, submitted data, project materials, and activity under your access.

Services may include websites, applications, APIs, PWAs, dashboards, mobile apps, automations, prototypes, beta tools, research tools, client services, and documentation.

No Professional or Emergency Advice

Information provided through this website, application, dashboard, prototype, or service is for general informational, operational, research, or business purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional clinical advice unless separately agreed in a written contract.

Do not use this website, application, dashboard, form, or service for medical emergencies, safety emergencies, crisis situations, or urgent support needs. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.

Availability, Beta Tools, and Prototypes

Services may change, pause, fail, be rate limited, or be discontinued. Prototypes, beta tools, experiments, demos, and research systems may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or unavailable.

You are responsible for validating outputs, maintaining backups of important materials, and using appropriate professional judgment before relying on any output.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

Site content, software, systems, documentation, names, marks, workflows, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. AUDIA refers to the Adaptive Unified Distributed Intelligence Architecture and related intelligence architecture and platform ecosystem.

You retain rights you already have in materials you submit. You grant the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, support, troubleshoot, and provide the requested service, subject to applicable agreements.

Payments, Suspension, and Termination

Paid services, subscriptions, project retainers, licensing, consulting, or implementation work may be subject to separate written terms, scopes, invoices, payment processors, or statements of work.

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, illegal activity, policy violations, or operational necessity.

Disclaimers, Liability, and Governing Law

Services are provided as available and as is, to the fullest extent allowed by law. No warranty is made that any service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from harmful components.

Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. The prior public legal notice identified the jurisdictional reference as NC / VA – USA. Contract-specific governing law, venue, service-of-process, notice, and address terms may be set in a signed written agreement.
